In the mid-1880s, Nicaraguan farmers began growing large crops of coffee beans, and demand skyrocketed for the well-rounded flavor profiles that come from the region. Our roast has a nice blend of smoke and citrus, and we think it's the perfect dark roast for a morning Flyover reader.

Important note: We roast a fresh batch of coffee once per week, so our orders are shipped once per week. It might take a few days longer to receive it than you're used to, but that's because we don't have it sitting on warehouse shelves getting stale. It's freshly roasted, every time!
